The Planet Mobius. A lush blue-green world much like Earth, this planet is filled with many wonders and dangers, inhabited by not only humans, but a Mobians, a super-specie composed of races similar to Earth animals, but humanoid. Mobius has had a long history, much of it shrouded in myths and legends. However, it is also threatened by evil. Dark forces such as Doctor Robotnik and his empire seek to conquer it, or, like Doctor Finitevus, destroy it. Beyond Mobius lies countless other planets, many inhabited by strange and wondrous creatures. There are also entire universes, some of them alternate dimensions of Mobius, or different planes of existence entirely. The world of Sonic the Hedgehog is a place of adventure, danger, excitement, and hope. Note: Due to the small number of landscape and scenery artwork for Sonic universe locations such as Mobotropolis, Knothole, Robotropolis, Station Square, and Central City, some of the landscape and scenery artwork is more or less entirely unrelated to the Franchise and its continuities. I do not intend to steal anyone's ideas. I only wish to illustrate my own take on Sonic's world.
